The stereoviews of the cyclic branched RNAs at a snapshot at 86 ps (the last fully NMR constrained structure) and at 226 ps (the last unconstrained structure) from the MD simulation in water at 298 K. All water molecules, sodium ions, and hydrogen atoms have been omitted for clarity. All phosphorous atoms are shown as open circles and the phosphate backbone is shown with thick lines. (A) Tetramer at 86 ps; (B) tetramer at 226 ps; (C) pentamer at 86 ps; (D) pentamer at 226 ps.
